Recent Local Events

On the 16th of April, following Meeting for Worship and a delicious shared lunch, Southport Quakers held a delightful all-age afternoon of music and poetry, finishing with a healing circle of Friends.

From Friday the 17th – Sunday the 19th March, Friends from the five Local Meetings in the Area Meeting enjoyed a wonderful weekend away in beautiful Grasmere in the English Lake District. We shared more learning about the Quaker Testimonies, joined with the National Day of Healing, enjoyed an evening of fun, music, poetry and dancing. Together we walked, talked, laughed and cried. A deep memorable fellowship of being Friends together.
